We ordered our wedding cake and cupcakes from Sweetheart Bakery for our wedding. The cupcakes and the cake were gorgeous not to mention absolutely delicious. We ordered about 156 cupcakes and at the end of the night there were only a few handfuls left to take home with us because everyone thought they were delicious! We did a tasting and thought the chocolate, white, and raspberry flavors were amazing. The staff was also very nice and professional. They kept me updated about the process and delivery for the day of, every step of the way.
This restaurant trys so hard on serving people . We are so blessed to have this awesome family owned business. The soups are awesome and bakery.... well it's very hard not to buy one of everything. I hope we will always have this place.
LOVE this place!! The sandwich was delicious, very fresh ingredients, large selection of choices, the pasta salad was delicious. The pea salad was good too! Overall great experience and great food. Will be back! ❤️❤️
great prices, service, food, and everything! The deli has a subway type of style where you just order what you want and get the toppings as chosen. I did the pair of half soup and half salad. This was $7.70 and super filling. Ordered and sat within 3 minutes if even. Plenty of seating. Busy environment. Don’t forget the bakery attached for super creative cookies and tasty treats!
Great place for lunch. Folks behind the counter are friendly! The bread on my club sandwich was so fresh they might have baked it this morning.
My wife and our two girls stopped in to Homer's Deli for lunch on our way to Davenport. This is such a great place. The homemade Sandwiches were so good, make sure to check out the bakery for dessert. We left with a to-go box of cookies to bring on our trip. Very kid-friendly, and the staff members were so nice. We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area again!!
I eat at Homer’s a lot when I’m in town for work. Even with once-a-week visits, I’ve never gotten tired of it. My favorite orders are the pulled pork sandwich, oriental chicken wrap, and chicken noodle soup. It’s one of the best-value options, and seems to be a local favorite as there are always plenty of people dining in regardless of how late I’m there for lunch. It’s a large space with many tables. Connected is the Sweetheart Bakery, which I’ve enjoyed a few delicious treats from.
Fabulous! Glad we stopped for lunch. The ease of ordering was quick and easy. Everyone was super friendly and willing to help. The seating is kept really clean for the amount of people that were here. The cost of the food was very reasonable. The chicken noodle soup was delicious as was the potato bacon soup. I had the ham sandwich special and my husband had the homer hoagie. It was all great.
Absolutely amazing food! Staff are all super nice! I love this little deli and will come here anytime I’m in Clinton!
